In this episode I talk about getting started on a self-care journey, fist steps and sustainable habits.

So how can you start?

  • The first step can be the most difficult. You have to choose to take it

  • Connect with your why; the reason you want to practice self-care

  • It's about being intentional and deciding that prioritising wellbeing is important to you, and then taking that step forward

  • Be kind to yourself when starting something new

  • Give your self permission to start small

  • Start very small and know that once you’ve made that first step, the next will be easier to build up over time
