The first step can be the most difficult. You have to choose to take it
Connect with your why; the reason you want to practice self-care
It's about being intentional and deciding that prioritising wellbeing is important to you, and then taking that step forward
Be kind to yourself when starting something new
Give your self permission to start small
Start very small and know that once you’ve made that first step, the next will be easier to build up over time
