The Well of Wellness 011
Being curious
Think about your wellbeing in a curious, light and playful way.
Mental health can be a heavy topic but wellbeing can be a light conversation.
Think about how are you today in terms of your wellness, and what is driving it. Is it sleep, connections, exercise, work, nutrition?
Being curious and hopeful
Now combine curiosity with hope. Hope that even if you are struggling you will get to the thriving end of the continuum.
Being curious about people
We need to strive to facilitate more meaningful connections in our workplace to fuel creativity and be more human, especially as technology takes over in remote working environments.
Being curious and courageous:
A call to action for leadership teams to be curious and courageous about what will happen if we choose to prioritise the health and wellbeing of our people. What will happen when we get further into that journey of creating mentally healthy workplaces, that are physiologically safe, and prioritise wellness.
