Amanda Mackenzie is the chief executive of Business in the Community - The Prince's Responsible Business Network - which aims to create healthy communities with successful business at their heart.
We had a great chat on issues around leadership; the prioritisation of wellbeing in organisations and the serious challenges around domestic abuse.
I was also attacked with a plastic sword by my 6-year-old lad during the session which I have left in the edit as a live example of the stresses and challenges parents are facing through this lockdown.
