In this episode I talk about getting started on a self-care journey, fist steps and sustainable habits.
So how can you start?
- The first step can be the most difficult. You have to choose to take it 
- Connect with your why; the reason you want to practice self-care 
- It's about being intentional and deciding that prioritising wellbeing is important to you, and then taking that step forward 
- Be kind to yourself when starting something new 
- Give your self permission to start small 
- Start very small and know that once you’ve made that first step, the next will be easier to build up over time
